Hi, I’m Eliza
I'm a certified Infant and Child Sleep Consultant, Registered Nurse, and most importantly, a mum to my beautiful daughter, Nina.
Before becoming a sleep consultant, I spent my career supporting parents and their babies. I trained and worked as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), caring for some of our most vulnerable babies. Prior to training as a Registered Nurse, I worked with the Gidget Foundation, supporting expectant and new parents through the emotional challenges that can come with pregnancy and early parenthood.
It's clear that I've always been drawn to helping parents feel supported, informed and confident. Both roles shaped how I work with families today, with genuine care, an understanding of the physical and emotional toll of early parenthood, and a belief that supporting parents' wellbeing is just as important as any sleep routine.
When I became a mum myself, everything changed.
I was the first of my close friends to have a baby, and to make things even more daunting, I gave birth on the other side of the world, without my usual support network around me. Like so many parents, I desperately wanted to do the best for my daughter, but everywhere I turned there was conflicting advice. Family, friends, social media and endless online articles all seemed to tell me something different.
The more information I read, the more overwhelmed I became. I remember feeling like I couldn't trust my own instincts anymore, just when I needed them most. What I really needed wasn't more opinions. I needed someone to help me tune out the outside noise so I could listen to my baby and give me the confidence to make decisions that felt right for our family. That experience is exactly why I created Quiet Nights.
My goal isn't to tell parents there is only one "right" way to approach sleep. Every child is different, every family is different, and there is never a one size fits all solution. Instead, I work alongside families to create realistic, evidence informed sleep plans that suit their child's temperament, their parenting style and their family life.
More than anything, I want parents to leave our time together feeling confident. Confident that they understand their child's sleep, believe in the plan we've created together, and trust their parental instincts enough to tune out the outside noise. You know your child better than anyone else. Sometimes you just need someone in your corner to help you find that confidence.
I'm so glad you're here, and I'd love to be part of your family's journey toward calmer days, more restful, quiet nights, and the confidence that comes with knowing you're doing what's right for your little one.
